Dear Guest, May I be the first one to welcome you to the Kappa Lambda Chapter of the Kappa Sigma International Fraternity here at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. We are one of the largest fraternities here at Shippensburg and our brotherhood is unmatched. We adhere to a strict policy of No Hazing; hazing does not promote brotherhood and only drives us apart. We have a direct connection with our National Organization and a good portion of us know them personally. I invite anyone who can meet our standards to share in our brotherhood that is not for an hour, a day, or a college term only…but for life. If you have any questions please feel free to contact myself, our rush chairman, or any of our Executive Committee members. Our involvement with the community includes the Pennsylvania Adopt-A-Highway Program, delivering the Shippensburg Slate and American Cancer Society walks. Our commitment to continuing our community service initiatives is unending. Since being founded around 1400 in Bologna, Italy we are an organization that emphasizes such ideals as scholarship and brotherhood. We are a tight knit group of men here at Shippensburg, a band of brothers, where conflict rarely exists.
